I was in coma(have delirium ) and when I first got to the clinic they tell me that I have psychosis and that I have schizophrenia. My treatment was haloperidol and amytriptylin. I can died, wrong diagnosis. My cause is salt free diet and too much water after cardio workout (((
The presentation is amazing. But at 0:45 why " ADH is excreted when sereceptors in the hypothalamus sense that the concentration of something is low in the in their blood and that is usually sodium". I think in this situation, ADH isn't excreted because sodidum is low mean blood osmolatily is low.
In ur example 60kg person has increase of 0.67 percent vs 100kg 0.4%..what does this mean?larger person of 100kg has little increase compared to 60kg but u said larger guy needs more sodium
Hi, sir I just have a question. I know that in the condition of SIADH urine is too concentrated due to a lot of sodium excretion. But won't our body conserve sodium as a compensatory mechanism in the condition of hyponatremia caused by SIADH? Because of the small amount of sodium remaining in the body. Thank you very much.
It can't conserve it,. because the ADH is inappropriately secreted in high amounts. ADH should not be secreted in hyponatremia, but it's secreted anyway. This is why it's called Syndrome of inappropriate antidiuretic hormone secretion.
Loop diuretics will abolish countercurrent mechanism by inhibiting reabsorption of NaCl in loop of henle. It’s like they decrease the kidney response to ADH. Salt plus diuretics can be used in particular situation when Uosm more than 500. So that you can try to decrease it and increase water excretion. But also need to careful about hyponkalemia due to loop diuretics use.
Thank you So much !
Superexcellent. Thank you too much.
You are amazing. Thank you!

@@drandrasfazakas Thank you very much sir :)
Purpose of loop diuretic is too decrease hyponatremia?will not loop douretic causes low sodium as it causes diuresis
