To cultivate a mind body connection and to remind oneself of their spirit(awareness) and why they do what they do in terms of foundation. To meditate on you, your weaponry, and your mission and to detach from everything that is Not that. It's a Supreme Focus in its own right.

I'm very fascinated by the Ninja hand seals ! 😯👏🏻 I admire the fluidity and precision of each movement, which I find very artistic and see as a meditative dance. 🙌🏻 I was so concentrated on the sequence of hand movements that I felt innerly serene at the end of the video. 😌 Ninja hand seals is an excellent mental and physical preparation that I would apply in each challenging situation of my life ! 😁
im happy to hear the counting, because that means my karate sensei's counting is also correct. hearing the counting always brings a sense of safety and calm because when we are practising form sensei would always count so it's a very familiar feeling. I'm sorry if the wording in this is a bit odd. Its early in the day so I'm tired
