How To Make Bulgur and Tomatoes

This is a video about making a very fast meal that's vegan or vegetarian and delicious. It works well with a salad using cabbage or the summer salad. The Lebanese diet consists of many quick meals which I will teach you that will make you look great and leave very little mess or dishes to do in the end. Bulgar or birghul / burghul w banadoora is cracked wheat with tomatoes and I like to use size #2.
