Thanks for this lovely comment Gregoria. I only stand on the shoulder of giants...the great people that generated this knowledge so that we can learn and develop.
Thank you so much Dr. Sandoo for taking the time to explain this. A got the gist of what goes on in my system although I'd have to listen to your video over and over to completely understand. I realized the benefits as well of taking deep breaths. We've always been told that it was good for us and now I understand much better. Thank you. I'm a fan. :)
Awesome. Thanks so much. I would love to see this same physiology explanation for a Max aerobic test. Including what terms like VE/VCO2, FiCO2 mean and what they tell you during an exercise test. Basically, how to interpret and then translate a Max aerobic test. also, how the addition of getting taking lactate and using the 2,4 and 6mmol points can make the interpretation of thresholds easier.
Great suggestion! Thanks Stephanie. I have some other content I must get out there shortly, but I will put this on my list of future videos, so keep an eye out. I think all the things you mention are important and often misunderstood, so making a video on it makes a lot of sense. All the best with your studies and learning!
Thank you so much Dr Aamer, this is awesome, you are incredible :)
