    Thank you so much Dr. Sandoo for taking the time to explain this. A got the gist of what goes on in my system although I'd have to listen to your video over and over to completely understand. I realized the benefits as well of taking deep breaths. We've always been told that it was good for us and now I understand much better. Thank you. I'm a fan. :)

    Awesome. Thanks so much. I would love to see this same physiology explanation for a Max aerobic test. Including what terms like VE/VCO2, FiCO2 mean and what they tell you during an exercise test. Basically, how to interpret and then translate a Max aerobic test. also, how the addition of getting taking lactate and using the 2,4 and 6mmol points can make the interpretation of thresholds easier.
