I've lived this. My BD would not leave me alone. He refused. I kept telling him no, were done but he kept living in a delusion in his head. I had to tell him no for 3 count em. THREE years. He had the persistency of Satan himself but refused to be a better man.

That’s why evil always starts in people mind and digs into the past!!!! Then brings about those bad emotions like shame, anger, doubt, etc.
Oh and this one that trickles in the mind if thought, “Go ahead. Nobody will know”
That gets everyone into trouble!
One of THE most annoying things I've faced are when exes, or people from my past just randomly pop up at their convenience. I mean...WHY is my number still even in your phone after so many years have even passed!?
I'm good, and I dont need a so-called "check-up."
God's been taking care of me and mine just fine, and we have no future business together.
I truly thank the Holy Spirit's guidance, discernment, and strength on simply just not replying, but it wasn't always easy. 😮💨
Just because someone pops into your mind, that doesn't mean we should always act on it. When there's been a separation, then simply move on and GROW UP!
IMO, the ONLY reason why an exe should still be around is for the sake of cordially co-parenting for the sake of children.
Other than that, if you're still entertaining the past, then buzz off, please. You're clearly not one that has any self-respect or proper boundaries.
We (as the true church) look like straight-up fools out here when we're constantly entertaining the past or even (Lord forbid) fornicating with it. I know it's hard moving on, but learn to let go, pray over it, and keep it moving.

Wow! What an awesome teaching, an insight on things that has had us bound. Satan is crafty and our past can be the very thing that keeps us from seeing clearly ehat God truly has for us, and what can keep us from moving forward into what God wants to do through us.
