Ansi_nulls, stored procedures and ad-hoc queries (Hebrew edition)

Working with set ansi_nulls off doesn't seem to work as expected when we work with stored procedures. Although it is not recommended to change the ansi_nulls setting, sometimes users do it and they find out that if they run a stored procedure and an ad-hoc query that has the exact same code as the stored procedure, they get on each one different results.
