AC/DC's Phil Rudd admits kill threat in New Zealand courtroom

Phil Rudd could now face up to seven years in prison after pleading guilty on Tuesday to threatening to kill, possession of methamphetamine and possession of cannabis. The AC/DC drummer's telephone threat was the result of his unhappiness with how his solo album performed last year, according to the Crown.
