Thank you Alister for remaining faithful to the Word!. Seeing you preach to an empty room speaks volumes!!. We here in Maine are only allowed to have 50 in our auditorium but fortunately we have two other rooms where we can do the same. Pray for us as we pray for you. God bless you and yours!.

How precious that we have a powerful Savior that loves us so much that he suffered for us so that in our suffering he walks with us to hold are hand, give us strength and his unfailing love through it all. This sermon reminds me how our enemy Satan is always biting at our heels, but God is our sheld and our exceeding great reward!!! Thank God for his faithfulness, Amen.

Alistair teaches so marvelously. The antichrist out to destroy the anointed king. But the anointed one lives and has saved me. My savior my captain, Jesus.

Jim Southard, how it gladdens my heart to see someone say similar words as I speak regularly. My Captain, My King, My Lord and God...Jesus the Christ...bless you, brother.

Please don't "pick up the pace" of 1st Samuel...or 2nd Samuel. You're in depth expositing is why we listen. When I started listening to your sermons, you were in 1st Samuel. When I read the Bible, I read cover to cover, and this time through I was in 2nd Samuel. As I am, this time, intentionly going very slowly through the Bible...using maps and many aids, I was elated to come upon your sermons in 1st Samuel.
You give fresh touches of incite into what the "characters" might be thinking...and thus a truly enjoyable and memorable teaching.
My Christian brothers and sisters in Cleveland are indeed blessed to have you as their lead pastor. I am still hoping to find similar teaching church in Colorado Springs. Many blessings and a very happy New Year.

Your sermon was extremely enjoyable especially how you touched upon the important parts of the chapter, in God's time, not ours.
