    A Binaural Beat is composed of two different frequencies, one being played to the left, the other to the right ear. Our brain picks up on the frequency difference and is entrained to that frequency, which subjectively produces the consciousness states associated with this brainwave frequency.
    For full effect use headphones. You can also combine these Binaural Beats with other Music, Podcasts, Videos by letting it play in the background.
    The Hz in the title always refers to the difference between the two frequencies and never to the frequency of the audio itself. A Binaural Beat of 20Hz means there are two tones playing, creating a difference of 20Hz (For example 100Hz on the left ear and 120Hz on the right ear).
    1 Hour pure Binaural Beat. No Background Sounds.
    Beta Binaural Beats entrain Beta Brainwaves in your Brain.Best for Thinking, Waking Up, Problem-Solving, etc.

      Research supports your opinion. This stimulates the greatest dopaminergic response in the reward pathway and can relieve hypodopaminergic anhedonia

    Contrary to prior reports, spectral power in the beta frequency range (20.31-29.88 Hz) was associated with reduced PTSD symptoms, reduced depression, anxiety and stress and greater subjective ability to regulate emotions

      I would imagine as such. This frequency is responsible for improving the prefrontal cortices power and dominion over other aspects of the brain, such as counter-opposing things like the amygdala, which in this case is the most relevant antithesis from what you've just described.
      And since an overactive amygdala (commonly seen in addicts, people with some sort of trauma) is responsible for the vast majority of psychological and mental ails, it makes sense that a powerful prefrontal cortex would act as a supreme counterforce against the overactive amygdala.

    I noticed this doesn't go as loud as it did. Perhaps Something on RUclips end? I used to be able to get this very loud to meditate. Now I have to use headphones. Still is a great frequency. Just curious why the need to lower sounds..as if adding commercials in everything wasn't bad enough. But regardless this is something I'm glad I discovered on here. Thank you..

    Frequencies and emotional states of wellbeing are interconnected. Though some data might not indicate such, one must use an unseen lens (naked eye) when discerning their synchronicities. You will see the interconnectedness and relationship of chakras and certain frequencies as well.

      A binaural beat works by the dissonance between two frequencies causing a "beating" at the frequency of the difference between the left and right ear. The two frequencies in this video are 20hz apart, causing a 20hz beating. That's what a binaural beat is. This beating has been shown to slowly "entrain" brainwaves (go look up the studies, this is based on science) to mirror that frequency, causing both subjective changes in conciousness and measurable changes in brainwave patterns.

      which ear is #20Hz 👂

      @Hj61S827 Год назад +2

      @@spotify_ERROR404 neither, any 2 numbers who’s difference is 20, played into opposite ears, will cause the brain to basically hallucinate a 3rd tone. Which is created and observed in the brain. 40hz 60z=20hz. 80hz 100z = 20hz and so on
