I've recently seen some of your shorts recently, and have come to the conclusion I might have motor apraxia as an adult. I'm 23, and have quite a poor balance and reflexes. What in your opinion, are some of the most effective and low cost methods I could do to help myself? I'm working on my diet recently, and trying to motivate myself to exercise more.
