It costs 15 Mana. The W CD is even refreshed when he transforms. He has true damage on his passive. Then, when he stacks Armor and MR, he gets Ability Haste too, Ability Haste to his Q, and his spell casting speeds up. Then, he has an AD ratio, so his W…AAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
They actually do, but don't understand anything about it and keep making personal decisions, so as long as any Rioter don't feel any problem with K'santé, it would be the same and whenever there is a new skin out, they buff it back (Heartsteel K'santé is out, result? Broken again)

It's been almost a year, and top laners are continuing to get love, mages are getting even more AP, and Riot is removing Lethal Tempo, nerfing HoB only for ranged, and nerfing Fleet Footwork. They absolutely despise ADC players.
guys remember when tanks were tanks? low to no mobility decent damage high cc and tankiness, like how tanks are supposed to be? now tanks are just bruisers with assassin moblity
idk in which patch was this game but i liked how K'sante didn't lose a single drop of HP during the first fight and only lose (but survived) hp from the two tower shots. need to know both builds, who's ahead or not and everything before screaming in Showmaker levels.
