    What are the advantages and disadvantages of planning a trip in late June as opposed to early September; especially weather. What about possibility of “smoke” from fires???

    • @InsidersTravelGuideCanada
      @InsidersTravelGuideCanada  Год назад +1

      Good questions. In June you can have four seasons in one day LOL. The weather in late August and early September are more dependable summer weather, but the fire risks are higher which generally won't affect your trip at all. Just might have some hazier skies. But the mountains can surprise you any time of year weather wise.

    Hi, I was wondering that to visit the Banff gondola do I need a parks Canada pass even if I have bought gondola tickets? Thanks!

    • @InsidersTravelGuideCanada
      @InsidersTravelGuideCanada  2 года назад +1

      Yes you do. The Banff National Park Pass allows you to enjoy all of the other great things Banff has to offer. You can buy a day pass however and you don't need to buy a yearly pass.

    Does anyone know if Banff has free covid testing places before heading back to the states?

    • @InsidersTravelGuideCanada

      That is a good question. I'll find out. I'm pretty sure the rapid test would have to be done at the airport.

      Good afternoon, yes the Top 20 Banff is up to date, and the Top 15 Jasper is up to date except for a few name changes like the Jasper Tramway has now been changed to the Jasper Skytram. You can book all of the activities you see in the video here on our website. Easy. insiderstravelguidecanada.com/

    The only thing inaccurate with this video is now (2024) you can not drive yourself to Moraine unless you stay at the lodge in the summer or have a handicap sticker for your car.
