Gov El-Rufal understanding of governance, restructure and reform needed to move the country forward is in-depth. I respect his overview of the subject matter; Federal Character, restructuring, security and selection of leadership.
Restructuring is too late for most Yorubas. We Yorubas are leaving Nigeria. It has been nice doing business with you for 60 years with no progress. Southern states especially South West states have regressed under Nigeria northern rule. Those who want to be part of Nigeria are welcome to remain. But Yorubas have made up their minds and there is no turning back. We are done talking.

Another thing is that if he knows all this what has he done in his state to make it livable for people of his state so much killing just like any other state and many other things. The woman SAN, is saying rotation of power because the north took over the security position, even in judiciary where the world court rejected Nigeria nominee. According to Governor El-Rufai from 49:20 "... no country in the world that has made progress in the last 50 years that picks its leaders based on where they come from ..." Somebody should tell him that there is no country in the world that has its politicians beat the drums of ethnicity, origin and religion thus promoting regional and tribal discrimination. The better thing for him to do is to direct his disappointment to those politicians that indulge in the act and not to the people (governed).

El-Rufai is wrong by not acknowledging the peculiarity of our ethnic diversity. The Madam has articulated a fair view by saying that if we are to have rotational arrangements it must be entrenched. As such there will be fairness and promotion of excellent which will involve the selection of the best candidates from the zone to which rotation has been zoned to. El-Rufai suggestion not to do this will result to a perceived marginalisation because excellence exist everywhere.
