In 1951 I was a National Service Equipment Officer Stationed at RAF Stradishall tasked with ordering all the necessary equipment so that the US air Force could move in.
I was stationed at RAF Weatherfield in 1969 to 1971. My formative years as I had just turned 18 years old. My home was the 20th Security Police Squadron. Life was good !nd now at age 72 I have so many fond memories. My best to all who served at the base both British and American.
