This mawa receipe will come in handy for so many people who do not get it and believe me it's not available in many countries. We Asians long for mawa as its used in so many of our sweet dishes. Thank you so much for this mawa receipe and you are right Nido milk is the best but please let us know an alternative brand of powder milk.

I made the khoya today. Turned out just fine. I had to cook it for a couple of extra 30 second cycles, though. I knew it was done when the oil separated and I could hear the “sizzle sizzle” of the oil, just like you said 🙂 thank you for a very easy and success recipe.
