That’s the problem to begin with. I’m not really sure what goes through these judges heads. Judges seem to hate everyone who isn’t a criminal, or isn’t another judge. They like to be lenient on criminals and they get off on punishing the victims for some reason. The judiciary is silently taking over this country. The founding fathers did an outstanding job of creating a government that would keep itself in check over time. Somehow the judiciary is managing to runoff with our rights and the country.

Laws USED to be strict. The people that pushed for the lenient laws need to be exposed. Enough.
But that did not stop crime. For example, in the 90s it was common for murderers to get lenient jail sentences in countries like France but the crime was far less frequent than in the USA by a wide margin. It seems to me that too much multitasking and social media have destroyed people's ability to think, they just repeat nonsense like the bots that they follow. We have an issue and both the left and right "lorito" approaches are failing. We don't know if the left-wing approach will work in the long run, but even if it does, we are not willing to pay the massive price it entails. We need a new science-based approach.

It's not enough to just be armed with something. You need to be trained in how to use whatever you carry as well. Whether it's pepper spray, a gun, anything. If you don't know how to use it then you're still not safe in a situation like this. You could very well just be bringing a weapon to help your attacker if he can just take it from you.

I can tell you that 99% of men hate these men as much or more than women do. I unfortunately spent a few years in prison and I personally "put in work" on a sex offender. I stayed out of all the prison politics, but I raised my hand to "put in work" on sex offenders. Unfortunately, I was only able to put hands on one of them since just about everyone wanted to do it. I was grateful to get to work on the one I did. The DA wanted to bring outside charges on me since the beating was so severe. There was no shortage of witnesses to my "crime", but not one claimed to have seen a thing. I know there were at least 2 CO's that had to have seen it. Most of the time, the CO's would testify against anyone assaulting a sex offender, but my victim's crime was so heinous, nobody spoke up. This was over 30 years ago so I can't speak on how things are handled now. There are certain types of sexual assault that the death penalty should be used.

When I was 16 I was walking down my block around 6 in the afternoon to go get a drink from my local corner store . A man walking past me in the opposite direction grabbed my breasts out of nowhere . I was in such shock I did not react. He grabbed my breasts and simply kept walking as if nothing had happened . I still remember to this day how frightening and strange it was . Now I carry bear spray. And carry a knife .
