As someone who has a nightmare wakes up falls back asleep and goes right back into the same nightmare these videos along with glow is a God send thank you glow for all u do

I find, when I have an "unsettling" dream that wakes me up, if I force myself to stay awake at least a few minutes when you go back to sleep you shouldn't get back to it. If you fall back asleep immediately your brain is still in that state and will have a tendency to go back to the same.
A cosy blanket and hot chocolate in winter is the best way to watch ASMR ^_^

As someone that has been watching ASMR consistently for about 7 months now I'm still immune to tingles and until today I've never managed to fall asleep to ASMR either but today you changed the latter of those 2 things, so hopefully some day I can get the tingles everybody is always talking about

Asmr helps me to sleep and to stay a sleep and it also helps with sleep paralysis. that experience is worse than having nightmares.
I’m having the same issues with sleep paralysis! I also sleep on my side because if I sleep on the back I instantly get a sleep paralysis. Maybe that helps u a bit. I know how you feel, but if you’re having big issues with it you should look out for stress in your day to day life. That’s the biggest trigger for sleep paralysis

Hi glow! I just want to grab your attention on something that i have been noticing for a few months now. Your videos never show up in my feed and fyp, i always have to type your name in the search bar. I am susbscribed and I even turned on the notifications so i think youtube is causing this. I absolutely adore your videos, you are by far my favorite asmrtist and it's a shame that i am not aware of your new content upload. I am writing this comment so maybe other people will let you know if they experienced the same issue and you can be aware of the situation. Maybe i am the only one experiencing this, idk.
