- Hi everyone so been running George low on fuel for a couple of reasons
he seams to have a faulty fuel gage that runs out before empty and i have a he might be leaking fuel when over half full.
I had the same fault in my minor . Turned out to be a block strainer filter in my fuel pump

Try another coil as the old. One is breaking down. X clean the wires up on the electrodes on the coil

I think I would test/replace the coil.

I think it's nothing to do with the fuel. . . points. Condenser or a plug breaking down or h.t leads or a small crake in the diisbutor . When hot . . .clean the carb out or dirt in the float or the black damper has no oil in it on top of the carb .use thin oil .

Could it be a bad batch of fuel, I've had that it was running rough, I filled up and it was perfect, only a suggestion, it could be electical as well

Have you tried without that fuel filter? I believe they can be problematic..
Fuel seems to flow OK.
I don't like them glass filter's they do come lose and can leak It will be changed at some point.
