Line Rider "Leaves Through The Line"

I could work on this forever but I have to finish at some point.
I spent 6 years on this. I did not use any tools and yes I drew everything myself. All the shading was done by hand and there were a lot of changes made throughout the process of making this, as a result there are additional drawings that didn't make it into the video. If people desire to see them I will post them in this description. Nothing crazy but a few noteworthy drawings for those interested. The song "Breakaway" by Kelly Clarkson wasn't the original choice but it fit very well with the narrative of the artwork. The story that how far you go in life all roads will lead you back home and that connection will never be lost. If you're not one for cheesy storytelling the artwork is plenty of eye candy. I used Line Rider Advanced 1.0.3 (which is a few years old. Don't know the exact date it was released) and a generic video editor called Capcut.

I drew it in-game, no tools. A useful tip is to use references. People think references are somehow cheating or not being creative but that's not true, that's literally how artists learn. You want to learn how to draw something, go find it outside and draw it. Just keep practicing. It also helps a lot to take some art classes so you can learn about lighting, shading, balance, harmony, unity, all those things
