Ragam, thaanam and pallavi in Jog. The other Ragas are an extension of the piece itself. Not sure where the question of justice comes in. This is 45 mins in a 2.5 hours concert. And to throw around rhetoric questions like 'is this fashion?' is just counter productive to any art form. Some people have a talent in identifying issues where there is none. Next time try to broaden your horizon a little bit. Enjoy the music next time with an open mind. Peace.
Sure sir….I will try as per your suggestion….am an ardent music lover started listening to Carnatic music too late, ( earlier I usd to listen Hindustani only , after getting into Drupad music, I started enjoying Carnatic…or better say, Drupad music helped me to enjoy Carnatic, bt I listen rtp only in Carnatic…)
