Oh wow!!! Just baked the broccoli cumin bites - delicious!!! ❤️ I’m also going to find it hard to eat plain broccoli after this! Mine were about to burn after 4 mins though so maybe I didn’t convert the temp correctly to Uk oven temp.
Okay knowing the 25° lower and half the time is a GAME CHANGER!!! Keep the air fryer content coming baby! I love doing crispy cauliflower, kale chips, fried rice, tofu, I could go on!
Ok, best thing you ever did was say how to convert the time & temp from the directions to an air fryer. I'm always looking at recipes and wondering how I can cook them in an air fryer. Genius - thank you!!! Now I've got to get cookin'!!!
The best recipe I’ve found for the air fryer is crispy tofu - just coat tofu cubes in a mixture of cornstarch and a little soy sauce/spices. I actually found this in the cosori cookbook that came with the air fryer. So much easier than getting it crispy in a pan!
Ooh can’t wait to try your broccoli recipe! One of my favorite things to make in the air fryer is bacon! SO easy! I do about six strips at 375 degrees for 9 minutes (11 if it is thick cut). The fat drips down on to the bottom pan and the bacon is perfectly crispy! So good!
Loved this video! Our family’s favorite thing in the air fryer are strombolis for movie nights. I buy the pillsbury pizza crust and split into 4 pieces and roll it thinner. Everyone can pick their own fillings like pepperoni, olives etc, sauce and cheese. Fold it over and brush the side with one egg whipped with one tsp water. Cook at 350 for about 10 mins or until golden and flip halfway.
My experiment this Thanksgiving was using a turkey breast in my air fryer! So much more simple for our family of 2 littles and 2 adults! 45min vs 5hrs!! Could be good for anytime of the year!
Yes, more Air fryer content , please!!! I know I was a latecomer to the airfryer too but I so agree with you--- it is a game changer!!! I love to make mini potatoes in there.
The air fryer was a game changer for me because the stove and oven where I live is not so great so I cook almost everything in the air fryer and microwave . I like softening my veggies up in the microwave first (sweet potato, cauliflower , squash etc ) and then finishing them off in the air fryer. Thanks for letting me know about the silicone liner… that will make clean up so much easier
I loved this video. I got an Air Fryer from a thrift store that had hardly been used. The only thing I've used it for is frozen French fries! I know. I was cooking just for me but my granddaughter is with me now. These tips helped so much. I need to get that basket! My granddaughter watched this video with me & she told me she loves salmon! We will have to try that!! More videos please!💜👍🏻👏🏻
I made corn on the cob last night in my air fryer and brushed on butter mixed with smoked paprika garlic salt and pepper and it was SO good!! My 18 month old couldn’t get enough of it!!
Your videos always come at the perfect time! I just bought an air fryer as a gift to my sister, and I've been looking for more ways to use my own air fryer. Thank you for the great ideas! I agree that cooking salmon in the air fryer is a game changer! Would definitely love a Part 2 video. Wishing you and your family a merry Christmas and happy new year! ❤
Eggplant parmesan! I coat the sliced eggplant like you did the ravioli and air fry it, then layer it with sauce and cheese in a 9x9 and put it in the oven. You can also just put the slices on a plate and pour heated sauce on top and sprinkle on cheese. But when you cook the eggplant in the airfryer it comes out crisper and not as loaded down with oil where it makes your stomach feel sluggish.
My current favorite thing to do in an air fryer are homemade garlic Parmesan fries. I make a giant basket of them. The key is to soak the cut up potato for 30 min in water before hand and then rinse and pat dry. Also the air fryer is great for reheating leftovers
There are SO MANY good tips in here! I am so excited to make all of these. That basket blew my mind 🤯 and will be such a game changer 🙌🏻 another video please!!!
Just recently got a new air fryer and am loving it again! Fries, stuffed mushrooms, and pizza pockets are a few favorites to make in it. Thanks for sharing new ideas for it!
Perfect timing. I just got an air fryer. I would love more air fryer recipes. Even “obvious ones” the Salmon and broccoli ones I’m definitely trying out.
Yes! Love these ideas. I was so hesitant to purchase an air fryer as well. Now, it’s my most favorite item in my kitchen. I just made chips out of a low carb wrap to go with my lunch. Yum! And, I didn’t know about the silicone insert. I will be getting one soon. 💗
PS: fave AF rule of thumb for reg oven recipes is decrease temp by 25°F and time by 20%. Has worked very well. PPS: love making pineapple rings...fresh or canned patted dry. Sprinkle w brown sugar & cinn. 375° 8-10 min/side. Soooo yummy.
I also make my own tortilla chips in the air fryer. Also flautas, empanadas and gorditas. Love that I can eat Mexican food I grew up without a stomach ache. (I had my gallbladder removed four months ago so air fryer was a must!)
I thought about making my own tortilla chips in the air fryer but was concerned that the fan would blow the chips up to the heating element at the top and burn them. I had an issue with light weight food doing this. Did you have this issue at all? Did you toss the uncooked tortilla chips in a little oil to make them heavier before cooking?
Brittany, I am SHOOK. SHOOK I tell you. First that silicone liner and then those recipes! I have owned an airfryer for YEARS but I had never ever heard of any of these ideas before. This is going to be life-changing. Thank you!!!!!
We love Steak done in the Air Fryer. We will never go back to grilling even in the Summer. You can’t beat how trendy and Juicy the Air Fryer makes Steak.
While prepping vegetables for a salad, I roast chickpeas in the air fryer to use in place of croutons. I rinse can chickpeas, then toss them in oil and seasoning. My favorite is Mrs. Dash lemon pepper and sea salt. Cook them at 400° for about 30 minutes and periodically shake the basket for even cooking. They come out crispy, tasty and complement a salad better than the croutons would've in my opinion. Oh, toasting nuts in the air fryer are also good. Only take 3-5 minutes at 350°
Useful info Brittany. I made battered fish fillets with seasoned breadcrumbs in my air fryer. They came out beautifully. I was given Frigidaire. Its only about 4 days old and I have been trying different recipes in them. My only drawback is that I have to play around with the temperature to get the right consistency of how it should taste
We eat a lot of salmon and I tried it in the air fryer about a year ago and have never looked back. I like to cut it into chunks and season with olive oil and whatever seasonings for salmon rice bowls. Such a super easy and delicious meal during a hectic week.
Great air fryer content! Two of my favs are homemade mozzarella sticks and roasted brussel sprouts (and as a child I used to gag if I was made to eat brussel sprouts). For mozzarella sticks, buy cheese strings and cut them in half. Wrap each half a cheese string in a wonton wrapper and cook in air fryer. Dip your finger in warm water and run along seams of wrappers to seal them. Sorry, I don’t know the temp or time. Serve with marinara sauce. For brussel sprouts, toss in some balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper and fry until crispy. Delicious!
I love my air fryer. I am on my second one because I used the first one until it died. It heats up leftovers quickly and frozen snack food in minutes. I just got that silcone basket and did my sweet potatoes in them last night. Love it. Thanks for the tip!
My daughter gave me a special air fryer lid for the instant pot. It works wonderfully! And I don't have another appliance. We do pizzas with Joseph's pita bread. So good!
Omgggg girl I've been wanting to buy an air fryer but didn't want another big appliance. Your comment just saved me money and space. God bless you from UAE x
I just purchased a Dreo because it has a window so you can turn the light on and check how done your food is. I was uncertain if I’d be impressed but my first food was hash browns and let me tell you-crispy exterior, soft interior! Winner! I Love my Dreo!
My absolute favorite thing to cook/reheat in the air fryer are the Johnsonville cheddar brats (or any of their brats!). The best part is they are already cooked so I'm just reheating them. And I actually like a little "char" so if they go a little long in the fryer while I'm getting my kids dinner ready its ok! 😊 Also I make a whole pan of bacon 🥓 a few times per week ... the air fryer is PERFECT for reheating the bacon!!! SOOOOO much better than the microwave & easier than a pan.
I love my air fryer. I wish I would have bought a larger one (even larger than the one you have). Cookies and roasted potatoes (without oil) are my favorite things to make. Perfection!
I bought an airfyer a few years ago only used it once. I like that silicone basket to make clean up easier will have to get one. Will have to pull it out airfryer to use more. I don't have extra counter space and never want to do extra work to pull it out of the box which I store it in each time to use it.
I do not own an air fryer yet. I’ve been a skeptic, like you I didn’t want a another small kitchen appliance. After seeing your video I’m more excited about getting one. The first thing I’d like to try is the salmon and broccoli, two of my favorite foods. Thanks for sharing!
Love This 10 Things You Didn’t Know The Air Fryer Could Make Tutorial Girl! In our home the Air Fryer is used daily whether is for cooking or just reheated leftovers even pizza. I make fresh meatballs,T Bone Steaks, Eggplant Rounds, Empanadas and so much more. Those fried Raviolis bought back memories of my Grandma that’s the only way we ate Raviolis as children over 50 years ago. I have so many kitchen appliances but the air fryer definitely gets the most love lately. I pre-roast my veggies about halfway on a baking sheet whenever i go grocery shopping and then when its time to eat i finish them in the air fryer. So much faster to have the perfect texture and easy healthy dinners
Welcome to the air fryer club!! I keep telling my family how great it is and how they should also get on board lol. Love the recipes you shared, Brittany!
My daughter and I love crispy okra in the air fryer. Wash and dry the okra, cut into thin discs, toss in some salt, paprika, turmeric and oil. Put in the air fryer for 10-12 mins on 380 or till they are crispy
I love my air fryer as well. My Daughter cooks steak and it is really good. I will do mixed veggies they tern out so good. they taste like they are smothered in butter. I will get the big bag of veggies at Costco. My favorite is making french fries with red potatoes....just toss with olive oil and cook for 20 min at 400°. Or sweet potatoes....just toss with olive oil and cinnamon and cook for 15 or 20 min at 400°. Delicious!!
I never thought I would want an air fryer but after watching this video I think I'm going to have to put it on my wish list. Excellent delicious healthy recipes. Thank you for another great video.
@@Frugalista77 Nope I have both and air fryer is so much better. IMO food is so much crispier and cook faster. For years I was like I have a convention oven, I don’t need one but it really life changing. I don’t even need to flip the food most of the time and it turn out great. Can’t do that on a convention oven, one side will be raw.
Definitely gonna try the broccoli, sounds so interesting. I think as your kids get older you might find the air fryer a bit too small again. Just my experience, I was doing multiple batches and just went back to the regular oven now it's just taking up space on my counter with occasional use.
Ummm thank you!!!! My 18 year old son begged me to get an air fryer saying he would cook more, I know. But he seemed so sincere. And initially he did cook. Now it just sits there. Please do more of these videos.
Wow!!! Love these game changing tips, and would LOVE more. I'm going to have to try the salmon in the air fryer, hubby doesn't like salmon and making a small amount with the air fryer is a no brainer. Thank you soooooo much for sharing these, looking forward to seeing more.
I've been waiting for this video from you! My favorite thing to make in the air fryer is basically any roasted vegetable. Honestly, all veggies taste so much better when air fried. I've finally been able to make crispy Brussel sprouts.. something that I never successfully could in a regular oven. I also make roasted broccoli and cauliflower . Kale chips also turn out great in the air fryer. Takes less than 10 mins and so easy and healthy!
Love my air fryer, we make jalapeños poppers with bacon, stuffed bell peppers , bratz, o brien potatoes, pork loin, country style ribs everything 💕carne asada the list is endless haven used the oven in a year
Oh wow!!!

yes yes yes, samon/fish is my favorite thing to cook in the air fryer.
also, how did I not know of the silicone for the aur fryer 😮 buying now!!
YAY!! I just bought an air fryer and was trying to figure out what I can make in it tonight for dinner. Thank you so very much!!
Ummm thank you!!!! My 18 year old son begged me to get an air fryer saying he would cook more, I know. But he seemed so sincere. And initially he did cook. Now it just sits there. Please do more of these videos.
Omg thank you I literally was returning the air fryer today as I have been hesitant to use it. Easiest video to understand ❤️
Just got my first A frier, looking for clever recipes and ideas. Thanks for the suggestions that was awesome!
I make salmon in my air fryer too and it’s amazing! My favourite thing to cook in my air fryer is probably quesadillas though!
Yes, please do another video. I just bought an air fryer and I need new recipes. Thnx
if people like this one I will definitely make more! I'm obsessed
Wow!!! Love these game changing tips, and would LOVE more. I'm going to have to try the salmon in the air fryer, hubby doesn't like salmon and making a small amount with the air fryer is a no brainer. Thank you soooooo much for sharing these, looking forward to seeing more.
Ho yes! Brittany is sharing her enthusiasm, and with good reason. Wonderful video!
Ohhh pleaseeeeeeee make another air dryer video!
This was SO helpful! Thx.
Love salmon in the air fryer! Will have to try the broccoli. 😋😋😋
Love my air fryer, we make jalapeños poppers with bacon, stuffed bell peppers , bratz, o brien potatoes, pork loin, country style ribs everything 💕carne asada the list is endless haven used the oven in a year
Thank you for that air fryer rule I had no idea!!
I was gifted an air fryer for Christmas, and I love it already.
Thank you Brittany. Can you talk about difference pteferences between an air fryer and a mini counter oven please
Yay! More air fryer videos for sure! (As I’ve been debating one for a while and love your videos!)
