Hello Rajat ji.... It seems your videos are like a bible for startup founders who are founding their startup for the first time and all your videos cover almost all questions.
After a vesting period, what if employee wants to leave and dont want to sell it back to boss for a cheaper price ?? Is this possible ? What the employee can possibly do with this shares while started working at other new company ?
So informational. One question rajat ji, So, what do you advise if say like I have money maybe seed maybe my own but enough to pay the key hires in that case still should I go for ESOP and save money or you prefer using cash as much possible
Depends on your future cash flow, either from revenue or funding. Make a balance between esop and cash. Giving too much esop is also bad. Try keeping it under 10% always
brother do you write on board for yourself? must be giving you satisfaction right that Yessss I know this. Please thoda bada likh diya kare taaki viewers ko bhi dikh jaae
Very clear explanation, all confusion cleared. Thanks !
