It's nice to know I am not the only one a very similar bed side collection. I have an IKEA headboard that has side cubbies and my current reading collection of library books is right behind me. I have just recently been diagnosed, it was Fibromyalgia for years until my symptoms started changing very quickly. I realized that the fatigue played a bigger role.
Thank you for sharing, take care Lynda.

I used to read a book every 1-2 days. Now I can only read in short paragraphs, so it's audiobooks only for me these days.

Just starting watching your video and paused it as I want to say thank you for being realistic to how our life can be. Like your bolster cushion. OK I'm away to watch the rest. Xxxx

I'm doing a lot better most days now but this is a god picture of where I was at for a long time.

thank you. this was helpful to see. you were hard to hear until the last minute of the recording when you leaned closer to your microphone. you might want to consider using a different mic that would be closer to your mouth the whole time. a clip on maybe? thanks again for putting this together!

Your set up looks similar to mine. What are Casetta lights?

It's a light switch that makes everything on the switch a smart light. You can dim and turn off/on lights from your phone or through telling siri or alexa or whatever.

How many supplements are you on?

Many. It varies. Most of what I take or have taken is on the treatments list of cfs-me-navigator.com with links or explanations as to why for each.
