      ​@@user-hg7tq9zw9nThat is under a different career path called Web Design, User Interface User Experience(UI/UX) Design. Normally big organisations also employ a UI/UX Designer who will design the website using Canva, Figma or AdobeXD then you as a Web Developer will take it up from there. To be good with Web Design look for UI/UX Design Courses on RUclips or the internet with emphasis on Color Philosophy.
