Hey man. Love what you do and love your videos. There are not many people out there that do actual circuit racing / high load for sustained periods of time with rotary engines so information as to what actually matters to make them last seems really sparse. n/a rotaries are my platform of choice now for my track cars so I hope I make the right decisions. Starting with OEM seals, 8500rpm limit and 1:100 premix ratio for one or two full seasons and then inspect wear, and judge whether or not it really needs ceramics. If there is anything you can recommend / are willing to share I'd highly appreciate it.
Cheers and keep doing what you do

Not sure - but I know at one point (for WTAC?) they were running nitrous as well - so the car isn't entirely "n/a" :P
Good on ya tho - I wish I had some road-courses here local to me. I guess a targa is the next best thing! Just that a once a year event isn't much to look forward to :S

WTAC for 2016/2017 we did use nitrous, but we were still classed as an N/A entry. For the endurance racing, we knock back the RPM slightly to conserve the engine and fuel. Most other factors for long-distance racing were already considered for sprint racing, so there wasn't much that we changed in terms of engine performance. One thing to note would be driver and diff/gearbox cooling, which we did later solve.
