Mouse skipping & stuttering - Windows 11

So far not solved. There is however, one solution, but it was temporary and the problem will come back.

my solution for this was to move away anything inbetween the receiver and mouse. idk what to do with bluetooth mice tho, they just work for me most the times

if its caused by the mouse usb receiver, how do we explain the stuttering on the touchpad?
