Vikas gave the best lesson of leadership when he says see your coworkers from the eyes of their mother and treat everybody like a king in their work-zone! So true......
Dear Chef Vikas, i wanted to know why you are not wearing chef cap while you are in the kitchen moreover your chef using red chopping board for cutting breads which is ideally for red meats.
Is that really suprising? For exemple, have you seen "Jiro dream of Sushi"? He has 3 stars and he serves sushi/sashimi. You dont have to know how to do everything perfect. But what you do, that needs to be perfect. Do you think all michellin chefs knows how to prepare all kinds of meat, poultry, fish, seafood, sauces, cakes deserts etc? ....
