Its either u put something wrong on the transfer code or comfirmation code

Yeah, i lost another account, i didn't know that i would need to do all of this, i just copied the inquiry code in the lobby and just delete the game 😭

Hey, every time I click the " save data to server " it keeps loading an error . I tried in wifi and in 4g and also tried to restart my device but it didn't help ... Does any one know how I could fix this ?

Just a question: if i transfer my data from device #1 to device #2 will i keep my data on both of the devices? so like if device #1 breaks i can still use device #2?
It only can actives on 1 device. If you have transferred data to device #2, you only can play in device #2. On device #1 it will start from new account again. If your device break, you can email PONOS support your Inquiry Code. They will help you recover your data.
You will not be able to play it on device 1 any more but if you change your mind you transfer it back

Sorry if these were already asked Can you switch your phone user data to Nintendo switch? Also follow up question can we just buy battle cats for Nintendo switch online and just use that physical copy to play rather then making a Japanese account? Please answer hard to find this info for myself
Sorry but I don’t have nintendo switch so I am not sure if this works or not. This method works for transferring android to ios and vice versa.

I think you need to transfer to the second device first and after that you can transfer back to the first device

Yes, you can transfer back again to the first device. It said only saved the data for 3 months, if you passed that time, you can contact ponos support ( support_en@bc01.ponos.net ) to help you get your data back

You don’t need to use an email for transferring but you need the “Transfer Code” and “Confirmation Code”. Please save and write down both code if you are not planning to transfer it immediately.

This is a really stupid way of getting your data back, i had an account with 3 years of progress which i lost back in 2023 cuz the phone broke, why cant they just use a password thing or email verification

You need 'transfer code' and 'confirmation code' to transfer your account back to your device.

Why did it have to get so complicated compared to before bro.
I lost my account and only have the god damn transfer code. I never even knew that confirmation codes existed till now, and now im screwed.
I literally spent money on this game too. Why can't the data store or data function like many other games and just save with your Google play or something...

I think you need to transfer from device #1 to device #2 first then you can transfer back to device #1

No, the second device is gonna get you’re account and go back to the first device and click cancel save data and then the first device will delete you’re account and you’re account is going to be on you’re new device

No, its possible to reach haru yo rank within 2 years....for xp you could farm it with xp bonanza or xp mercilles, of course you need treasure chest item to get max xp everytime....within one hour you could get 99.000.000 xp 😍....where to farm treasure chest item, figure it out, easy if you know what to find and where to find 😁
