Thanks for not only making this list but also including gassoline on it as well my favorite song from this show besides that thier also Deb or Bernadette singing cheap thrills and if I was a rich girl and feeling good and then sing as well those would also be my favorite covers of those particular songs same applies for gassoline as well
Sorry...my number 1 is totally American Pie from Season finale. It was completely perfect for each character and just said everything that needed to be said in music. Also Sucker from Season 1 as well.
I'll be honest... I didn't think the song choices were all super great in season 2 and some of them I thought were shoehorned in so even if the performance was good or I knew the song, it didn't connect (Shake It Off, for example is a song I moderately enjoy at times, it was performed well, but fell flat to me). The songs I picked were vocal and/or acting serves, songs I actually know and enjoy to some extent, AND that I thought connected to the story well. My top 15: 15. This show seriously expanded my set list and inspired me to take a lot of chances covering heavier or pop songs acoustic, just me and my guitar.

Well you're welcome but everyone does have different opinions and taste in music.
Somehow “I lived” still made me really emotional without watching the episode, there really is some great acting and singing in this show

It was called 'I Look To You' I think. It's a Whitney Houston song as far as I know

There's a 1.56 version on Spotify not sure if it's any longer than the one from the show though.
