This is how they have been before they ever met me. I changed the story. I went into this knowing there with 12:46 mind. However what I saw 6 years later ..was nothing that I met 6 years prior. So I made a decision this is and was not healthy for me. Moving on healing and growing because of this experience I wish I had never had to learn this way. But the universe had other intentions. 3rd party, in and out, addiction. People from a place of darkness. I always hope he will find a better road. I know who the 3rd party yes. I don't really feel the same anymore. We did start feeding on each behavior. Addiction is something he made happen and is stuck in this cycle on his own. Long before he met me. I just found out this year. I am tired, with that I am taking care of me...and have been in hermit mode. I do not want to reconcile. He can have her..I know this person and they will make it or break it. The universe has there plan. We have no control of any person place or thing. I wish him only good things. Even after all the things I Allowed him to repeat . I have no competition. Only if I choose to be in. I grow, I learn, I heal. Angry, addiction and all those things has nothing to do with me. May the universe bless us both with good health and people.
But you are the universe and the universe is you. U don't need to stay in something that isn't right, but people are your reflection. Doesn't sound like you changed your story, or you wouldn't still be talking about third parties etc. or talking about 'him' finding a better road... I'm not here to change your mind, but I just want to clarify that because other people will see the comment.
The problem is how do you change the assumption, there’s a lot you can change but assumption is part of the sub consciousness… so telling us how to change would be helpful

But there are also soooo many coaches that explain it - please look at Sammy Ingram, Manifesting with Kimberly. Everyone has their own techniques but repetition is important to saturate the subconscious mind. You can also read - Neville Goddard, Joseph Murphy - Power of the subconscious mind. I can’t cram everything into a tarot reading or channel so that’s why I direct you guys to work on yourselves independently ❤️❤️
Or look at any of the works of Joe Dispenza. Also is very focused on re wiring. But the coaches explain it very well. But honestly each have their own take and recommendation. Fully grasping that it’s all a choice and then consistently choosing new thoughts and reminding yourself that you are a different version of self and accepting that new state is the key ❤️
