No expert here, but I'm pretty sure there is no correlation between your ability to do a hand stand or walk on high wire and the distance you throw a javelin
but I am sure that different&multiple motoric skills and physical properties help you to learn better javelin technique and get greater performance level.
@@JavelinMafiaKuortane Never doubted the correlation between weight training and throwing distance, or between flexibility, mobility and throwing distance. Just hand stands and high wire walking.
@@jugheadsrule A lot of the exercises I find on these types of videos seem like things to try once and forget about. There's probably an element of placebo to such unique movements, so they have a place in throws camps and one off training sessions. I think I'll stick to throwing, weightlifting and generic stretching.
