I found a lot of references to previous songs in this music video, as well. Many of them are from the song "EYE", so the name will pop up quite often in my list below.
The official English name, "Sehnsucht" - A possible reference to the similarly-named song "Monochrome Sehnsucht" ("灰色の幻影") from PhantomAria. The last line of "Sehnsucht" ("I wish to hear your clear voice one day, calling my name") is very similar one of the last lines of "Monochrome Sehnsucht" ("With your clear voice, call my name"), reinforcing this idea.
The window featured in the song - A reference to "ねがいごと" ("Wish"). In the keyart for "Wish", a character (presumably the speaker in that song) reaches out towards a window exactly like the one shown in "Sehnsucht".
The birds and dead-tree forest combo at 0:30 - A reference to "EYE" (see ruclips.net/video/79DGCyBe97s/видео.html ). In "EYE", the speaker expresses their wish to hear the sound of birds singing beautifully - a sentiment similar to one of the lines in "Sehnsucht" ("Birds sing about tomorrow").
The crying character at 0:43 - A reference to "Wither" (see ruclips.net/video/yK3VWFZhUpg/видео.html ). In "Wither", a character (presumably the speaker in that song) is shown crying in the exact same fashion as the picture of them in "Sehnsucht".
The city at 0:54 - A reference to "わすれられぬ歌" ("UNREMEMBERABLE SONG"). The entirety of "UNREMEMBERABLE SONG" is shown to take place in a city in its music video (and is even stated in one of the first few lines of the song).
The silhouette of a character at 1:10 - Appears to be Kyo, the speaker of "楽園焼失" ("Paradise Burnt") and "きみのいちばんになれないのなら" ("If I Cannot Be Your Special"). However, they also appear (from what I can tell) to be the speaker of "かそう" (the official English name is simply"Kasou", a direct romanization of the title. However, the word "kasou" also be interpereted as "cremation", which fits well in the context of the lyrics). In "Kasou", the speaker (may be Kyo???) seems to be full of lament - something that the speaker of "Sehnsucht" doesn't want to see happen to the subject of the song.
The character at 1:27 - Appears to be Sui (Kyo's friend). This image is re-used from "EYE". In a part of "EYE" (see ruclips.net/video/79DGCyBe97s/видео.html ), a character (who might be Sui?) is shown with their eyes filling with tears. Once again, this is paralleled in "Sehnsucht", where the speaker wishes for that not to happen.
The green and blue silhouettes at 1:45 - Sui (in green) and Kyo (in blue). These are also re-used from "EYE". Sui and Kyo are actually shown looking at the same window shown throughout "Sehnsucht" and "Wish".
The moon at 1:59 - The only thing I can think of is an artwork that I once saw of Daniel's (from PhantomAria) eyes, which were drawn like little moons. Indeed, in the music video for "EYE" (see ruclips.net/video/79DGCyBe97s/видео.html ), a large moon is shown just before Daniel swims by.
The easel and blank canvas at 2:40 - Another reference to Daniel. Daniel wants to be a painter, and is often shown with an easel and a blank canvas (or a canvas with stripes of color in "きみでないのなら"/"If It Isn't You").
The starry sky at 2:56 - A possible reference to "EYE". At one point during "EYE" (see ruclips.net/video/79DGCyBe97s/видео.html ), the speaker talks about wanting to see the stars shining with the brightest light.
The sleeping character and book at 4:46 - The character is Sui, and the text on the book reads "Dream Journal". "Dream Journal" is also the name of another song, which includes Sui as part of its keyart for the remade version (see ruclips.net/video/23j0HzmJOqY/видео.html ).
The rainbow thread and the shining needle at the end of the song - The rainbow thread is a reference to "PATCHWORK". In "PATCHWORK", the speaker mentions using "rainbow-colored thread and a beautiful needle" to create a new them.
The tulip-shaped name tag at the end of the song - A reference to "ROLE PLAY". The name tag is a recurring symbol in "ROLE PLAY", seeing as how the speaker takes on many names and identities while trying to become a part of the story.

"Sehnsucht" is a very beautiful german word. It is a combination of "(sich) sehnen"/"to yearn" and "Sucht"/"addiction".
It's not something you feel voluntarily. It comes over you like an addiction and makes you yearn for a person or place. A nostalgic desire to be with someone or be somewhere.
It feels bittersweet, just like this song.
