Let's run down some of the similarities that run through most of these Pakistan and Indian manufacturing videos. Some basics. Littered dirt floor working areas. Granted, some processes you need a dirt floor, but not ALL of them. No hardhats, no safety glasses, no proper work boots, loose baggy clothing (can get caught in machinery), few welding helmets, and so on just to name a few. An almost obligatory "throw the product in the dirt or on the floor or let it pile up under the machine" methodology! In one video, the machine produced the part or product which piled up on the floor. Then a guy comes over, shovels up the product into a container and carries it to another machine. Why not let the machine dump the part or product into the container? Of course the guy shoveling was probably the cousin of a cousin of an uncle who needed that 75 cents and hour! Then there are the food ware products made from recycled plastic. One was recycled plastic made into dinner plates! Won't see me eating off 'em! The point here is that Pakistan and India are deeply class stratified and/or just plain poor. to the point that people there will do anything any way the "boss" wants to get some food in their bowl. Take a look at manufacturing videos from Japan, Korea, Vietnam or China. Clean well organized factories with concrete flooring. Well maintained machinery. Workers in proper clothing and safety gear. A real contrast to these videos.
7:28 I can't get my head around how that tapping machine works. How is the tap driven when the tapped nuts travel down the shank and fall out the back of the machine???
It's a bent shank tap. The nuts fall out the bent end, that round fender drum prevents them from flying away. It has a special slotted drive that moves the bent shank
Где вы видели термообработку этих изделий? Они по незнанию провели нормализацию металла, он стал ещё мягче чем был, эти гайки можно будет завернуть только один раз. На это и рассчитано, нужно будет покупать новые.
it looks terrible, no health and safety regulations, children are used for dangerous work, generally the whole plant should be closed, a movie like from MAD max

I liked the way they used the tree stump. 👍 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
What are those sticks? What is their use? Where do they go?

What's not to get. It's threading the nuts.

Miejsce pracy-TEN kawałek podłogi jest mój 🤓
I was shocked to see some of them actually wearing shoes. What on earth made them to decide shoes would be a good idea.
Life in USA after equity of outcome is implemented.
Politicians should make sure their parents have a decent wage to live on so the kids can have an education till 16yrs of age.
Children have to go to school, play and not work!😤
This should be the case even in Pakistan!🤔
kuinka moni heistä on vielä elossa? tuntuu pahalta☹☹🤕
Child labor, they should be in school ????
they ruined any heat treat on that steel when grinding the edge.

Болты из арматуры ! Качество металла не учитывается
Dzieci robią a stare ciule leżą, smutno na to się patrzy😢☹️😶
This is no place for children, stop child labor!!

I hope that what he makes is not exported because it seems to me to be of very poor quality and the working conditions are inhumane.
los niños al colejio -no a trabajar
Детские труд

Полный треш. Арматуру выгоднее продать, чем лепить гайки. Это деньги за электричество, газ, зарплаты людям.
ЭТО РАБЫ !
