Also, the man can request and be issued a seize of his child support obligation even if he was married to the woman when she gave birth to the child. He can also sue for any child support paid if it’s proven that they are not the father.

Her taking him to court doesn't mean shit because I have a child that wasn't her dad's biological child but he still had to pay for her because he's legally her Father he signed the birth certificate he signed acknowledgement of paternity so no blood test wasn't gonna be court ordered. Unfortunately he's now deceased he passed away it'll be a year on April 3 2024 and my children are now receiving their social security from him he is my kids father. Although his baby momma is upset about it and they told the people all kinds of things but I was able to provide all of the necessary information and they are now receiving $3000 a month his other child is grown and wasn't able to get it anyway but they were just being mean and messy and don't want them to receive it.
