WOW! The beautiful work you did with the tuna & the music in the background. Not only did I drool over the tuna, the music made the whole thing sensual. Can hardly wait to prep and cook this. Then w/ candles, low lights and the same music we will partake in the Tuna Tataki 😉. Thank you for all your hard work, I really enjoy your posts!!
@@Walk-InFridge I love Japanese food but have always been afraid to try making it at home. Your videos have taken away my fear and have made it possible. I thank you for this 😎✌🏻
thank you for sharing this video. It looks delicious. I have a question. I have purchased some frozen albacore tuna sashimi grade from a local supermarket. I noticed that there are noticeable red threads in the meat so I want to know whether it is a worm or just blood vessel.
@@Walk-InFridge I would subscribe to your wonderful channel ... will you still make more videos? You have a unique approach to food which borders on reverence, which is sadly lacking in the USA where I still live.
Truly happy for your appreciation! After a long hiatus, I will be making new content again, although unsure if it will be like this one. Please look forward to my new videos as I am currently working on them. ❤
Nice instruction! Beautiful video

Awesome! Thank you for making these videos. Would you mind also sharing the music name?
That is a very nice birthday present indeed
Awesome! Could you please share the name of the second background theme? (Starts at 3’17”)

If my hunch is correct, they are probably veins and are pretty common in albacore tuna 👍
