WOW! The beautiful work you did with the tuna & the music in the background. Not only did I drool over the tuna, the music made the whole thing sensual. Can hardly wait to prep and cook this. Then w/ candles, low lights and the same music we will partake in the Tuna Tataki 😉. Thank you for all your hard work, I really enjoy your posts!!

@@Walk-InFridge I love Japanese food but have always been afraid to try making it at home. Your videos have taken away my fear and have made it possible.
I thank you for this 😎✌🏻

thank you for sharing this video. It looks delicious. I have a question. I have purchased some frozen albacore tuna sashimi grade from a local supermarket. I noticed that there are noticeable red threads in the meat so I want to know whether it is a worm or just blood vessel.

If my hunch is correct, they are probably veins and are pretty common in albacore tuna 👍

@@Walk-InFridge I would subscribe to your wonderful channel ... will you still make more videos? You have a unique approach to food which borders on reverence, which is sadly lacking in the USA where I still live.

      Truly happy for your appreciation!
After a long hiatus, I will be making new content again, although unsure if it will be like this one.
Please look forward to my new videos as I am currently working on them. ❤
