@@dandyaniel5986 when you drive these cars like they should be driven they’re prone to issues like oil coolant etc and they CAN require immense care especially older ones but not always

Less is more. The entirely analog 348 is the biggest bang for the buck. The 355 has brass valve issues. the 355s electronic adjustable suspension goes out. the 355 spider's roof is one piece and costs $60k to replace. its now or never for the 348 - the shrewdest sports car purchase in the entire Ferrari market.
While the 355 has THE sound, those valve-guide issues are directly related to how they are driven...Ever notice all the videos you see of a 355, each & everyone of them are getting wound out?,..One needs not blast the car up to redline all the time...wanna do that?, you'll get accelerated, short valve-guide life.
It was the material of the valve guide lines that causes problem, not the accelerations! They are meant to be driven!
I like my big block 454 with open pipes. Much more punch. This a cute lil toy.

Don't be fooled by that pretty face & the race-car sound, it's a fleeting experience, a flash in the pan. That dream-car has a known analogy ...a gorgeous face, tempermental, won't give you what you desire, temps you, keeps you wanting....makes you pay thousands of dollars regularly, breaks down for the most trivial of reasons...but you keep coming back for more, she's got you hooked...sound familiar? In short order you won't want her anymore, you won't put up with her BS, & pass her off to somebody else....spin up her engine that much & those valve-guides won't last long....how long do you think a race-car lasts anyways? ....race-cars are fawned over by teams, do you want to be part of a team? ...one of a slew of "suitors "?.....no thanks.

It might be a nice, awesome sounding car but it's a true piece of shit. The guy who does regular service on my GTI had an F355 on a lift for a MONTH. I asked him what was wrong with it. He said "The engine is so bad that we're finding one problem after another. It's a bad car. I would not recommend it."

Great sound, horrible reliability.
Watch how many burn up right here on RUclips. Just go to Ferrari F355 burning. About 20 % have already had that problem, and most owners don’t drive because fear of burning up. Actually the massive mistake of 5 valves created that problem, and dozens of other problems you will find on videos in workshops regarding the 355. You will not believe!! The last real Ferraris were the Boxer, Daytona, and the 275GTB or GTS. Everything else is Crap!!
