Do you guys plan to make bigger globes that can be hugged and played with by children if they get ahold of it? (remember children never play with balls gently) These are super tiny and fragile looking, otherwise I’d buy one, because the idea is brilliant, but it’s only for show then it has to be big enough to actually recognize it across a big living room.

Oda still has to explain whats so special about Kumas race. All the races in One Piece seem to have their own story of Nika/Joyboy. Kuma holds a bible too, so maybe this bear race were like Joyboy monks. Speaking of monks, I heard a theory that Urouge is a follower of Nika, thats why he's always smiling.

Kuma is also introduced as the tyrant. When he comes in marineford he’s behind doffy and the caption states the royal warlords. I think the bear ears are from his fruit but i do think his race is special

You can tell Akainu is sick of the celestial dragons but his dialogue about Kuma can even apply to him as such too in some way.
Luffy can think of no better place to bury Akainu and the Celestial Dragons.
Akainu completely ignored the Celestial Dragon's complaints, which I think sums up his attitude pretty well. Actually, another cool detail is that Kizaru's manner of speech in the Japanese version is highly reminiscent of a depressed salaryman. He uses a term that roughly translates to "human cattle" to refer to himself, which is a self-depreciating term that salarymen use about themselves. He says something along the lines of "gee, I sure do LOVE being the Navy's human cattle! It's fantastic!" with an obviously heavy dose of sarcasm. Some people have used this to guess that he may rebel, or at least disobey/creatively interpret his orders in a way that the Navy wouldn't approve of.

@@deedee3355that can be possible, however the SH and any other protagonist never kills their enemy in this series. Either CP0, the Gorosei, the Seraphim, or the Holy Knights will be the ones who will kill Akainu if he doesn’t become too “complacent”.

Something that I found somewhat interesting from this chapter is that it's soft confirmed that Kuma wasn't aiming to go to mary geoise, it was just a step stone. my theory is that Kuma is going to Egghead, and the only reason he couldn't go directly is because the Red Line is in the way. when he sent the strawhats to different locations during the timeskip, all of those locations where in East Blue, South Blue, paradise, and the calm belts that are between those locations, but not for example, someone being sent to West Blue, potentially because the red-line blocks the way there. that along with a potential requirement from kuma to have visited the place he wants to send someone to, it meant that he could only send himself to Marineford, and manually climb up to get far enough into the red line so he could jump away to egghead

What you said about "Music being the power source of the ancient kingdom" is actually genius and I think that is an almost definite answer.
This would open the possibility for a scene where Brook HAS to play Binks' sake so that the robot takes him over the Redline to meet Laboon.
I immediately thought about Sanji and his curly brows, which Oda remarked as being associated with "circular energy", and now Luffy while in 5th gear, also has similar curly brows.

Two interesting things I noticed in this video:
1. The Iron Giant is a giant lacking its left horn linked to Joy Boy. Also seems to have bad feelings toward the World Governments. Rings a bell.
2. Luffy has 163 written in the back of his suit.
I don't really know what this means, but with my basic understanding of Japanese (and some, probably a lot actually, headcanon), 1 could be "I(chi)", 6 could be "Mu(ttsu)" and 3 could be "San". Which gives "Imu san". (Or Imu son if you want to stretch it even more)
If music was and is really that important, then I think that One Piece Film: Red - might have even more hidden hints and significance than we all thought until now.

Before the Ancient Giant woke up from the Drums of liberation, Vegaforce 01 was destroyed followed by a panel where Vegapunk said that Vegaforce 01 is the giant robot they always dreamt of. What could have happened is the "soul" of Vegaforce 01 was "guided" by the music from the Drums of Liberation to the Ancient Giant (very similar to how the Golden Bell of Shandora could guide souls to trees).

I still want an explanation as to how log poses and eternal poses and new world poses are created, and how people go backwards on the Grand Line or the New World without having a log pose.
Maybe the power source is just joy in general and luffy in gear 5 or giant gear 5 emits more or enough of the power "joy", could answer why the giant woke up 200 years ago, bc slavery was made illegal or it could explain why luffy awakened gear 5 in wano, bc of the fire festival.
Actually kuma or luffy too? could probably take this intangible "joy" and make a power source out of it
Maybe brook will be able to control the giant with his soul fruit and bink's sake, it would be a huge power up and maybe make sense

Music being the power source would be really great because music is the power source of big festivals. Without it nobody could dance, sing together and all that. Perfectly fitting for luffys grand goal to party with the whole world (presumably)

If it really was the drums that woke the giant robot, then I wonder who the joy boy who woke it up 200 ish years ago was. Maybe the previous owner of the giant straw hat at Mary Geoise? Might have been an ancestor of oars jr or perhaps of jaguar D sauls?

@@AbbiAbii That's a neat theory. If Joyboy was a Giant then maybe the robot only woke up once Luffy activated his Gear 5 and turned into a literal giant himself. But one inconsistency in this theory is we don't know if the robot actually SAW Luffy in Gear 5 Giant form, so how did it randomly awaken? It could be the combination of both Luffy's heartbeat (Drums of Liberation) plus the Giant form that resulted in the robot's activation. I really hope Oda keeps dropping more and more hints with each chapter. One Piece is getting way too intense right now!

I love that idea of what powers the Iron Giant which I had a feeling that when Luffy goes into Gear 5th that it would react, but speaking of Iron Giant reminds me of The Iron Man: A Children's Story in Five Nights by Ted Hughes which in the novel the Iron Giant not only befriends a boy but also protects the world from a dragon from outer space = Celestial Dragon

thoughts on why the drums didn't awaken the iron giant when luffy fought lucci? i've heard the idea that it's because luffy is using gum gum giant now, making the drums loud enough for the iron giant to hear, but he did use at least one giant-esque move when he started chasing lucci and eating the ground. maybe it was just his head that was gigantified, but i'm not sure
One Piece is sort of like a prophecy. It can only be fulfilled when certain things happen but it is more than just that though. It is not just words and it also has the power to bring change. You also have to look at the name, it is a piece of the puzzle. It is not a magical solution to everything but without it, there is no true solution.

What if the rhythm of binks' sake was modeled after the drums of liberation? Could have started out as a way to recognize allies in the void century, or someone who had found the truth of the world found the song. It's a song known around the world. The lyrics don't matter, but the beat does.
Honestly, the idea that the orignial Joyboy was Binks and the treasure is his sake is ridiculous, but it actually might be the case. Just imagining the legendary treasure being a barrel of booze is funnny af, as it should be.

My prediction for Chapter 1093:
Cover: New Mini-arc
The chapter starts where the previous one left off with Luffy grabbing Kizaru.
During that time, we see some of the Navy soldiers freaking out when they saw Luffy's giant form (which included some of their eyes popping out). As well as Saturn's own reactions, while thinking it will be even more difficult to cover it up.
We also get a moment where Vegapunk reveals some more lore on the Sun God Nika! With or without a flashback.
After that the battle between Gear 5th Luffy & Kizaru begins for the rest of the chapter.

Only problem with this theory is that “yo ho ho ho” is a melody not a rhythm. That isn’t to say it couldn’t work as the rhythm to that song, it just wouldn’t be those notes as that is something different. But I’m no music major neither so take my world with a grain of salt.

We had the same train of thought (except the conclusion that one piece is bink's sake). I also think the fishmen were specifically responsible for the first recorded awakening of the giant robot since it happened the same time as the first fishmen rights movement. The song, Bink's Sake, may have been a song that they sang to state their desire for freedom (in contrast to how it is now sung to express one's experience of freedom). Bink may have been an important celestial dragon that they were serving at the time.
It's possible that Bink was either good or bad. If he was bad, the fishmen probably made a song about freedom revolving around a chore that they were constantly stuck with. If he was good, they probably made a song about the hope for freedom brought by a celestial dragon capable of ignoring social status (someone they can drink sake with even as slaves).
Its interesting that fishman in prison had a tale about nika. Not to mention the sun pirates. And quite interesting when who who brought that up during the fight asking about nika. The robot awaken 200 hears ago. The apology letter to the fishman. And weirdly that Luffy was able to take fishman blood. Was an old joyboy a fishman?
For a lone time in the opening I thought why ONE PIECE seems to spell One Egg then Luffy jumps and forms the i. Now there is something dealing with “Egg Head”. I bet the ONE PIECE is going to be the world egg.

Jack looks like the giant robot. And he turns into an elephant. Both the giant robot and zunesha have the same looking eyes when reacting to Joyboy’s presence. What could this mean? Why does Jack resemble these two giant behemoths who obviously have a connection to Joyboy? Plus Jack is a Fishman and the giant robot is connected to the Fishman as well.

I like binks sake being a power source especially since Franky uses cola as a power source. And he’s seen the designs for an ancient weapon so I assume that’s where he came up with using cola as a power source

perhaps Joyboy/Nika was not an ordinary giant so to speak but a Wotan who used the Nika fruits imagination abilities to grant him the power to become regular sized.

Ive wondered this for a while. In Chapter 1, Luffy says "I think about 10 men should do" when thinking of crew numbers. In English, that way of saying sounds more like "I probably want ten people, could be more, could be less." It doesn't sound like "Ten people only, that's all." But it can be taken as either, technically. Is the phrasing much clearer in Japanese? Does Japanese use completely different counting systems for estimation versus true numbers?

If the WG/Marines said that Bonney had served her purpose I have to assume they mean to control Kuma or pacify him so they could sedate and remove more of his humanity?
Which brings up a theory I'm working on that Bonney is a clone just like Stussy, but you gave me with a reason she would have been cloned. To control Kuma's emotions and to get him to submit to becoming a mindless android, though he saved his memories on Egghead so it will be curious to see if Ginny or whom Bonney might be a clone/related to.
Also West Blue seems to be very important with so many locations and key people from there.

have we ever heard much about the world before the void century? it must be known to the people of the one piece world, or it would be a void and not a void century. but then there couldnt have been any major changes to the world or people would mention it at some point, like "oh you know, before the void there was no red line"
maybe the previous ancient weapon was Lunarian? so Mermaid, Human, and Lunarian? because Mermaid live in the sea is Poseidon, Human who live on land is Pluton, and Lunarian live in the high top/sky/sky island/ Moon is Uranus? and maybe the iron giant is another version of Zunesha and Sea Kings?

Your theory reminds me of another time we saw music power/summon something (tho not sure if it was ever canon; either way perhaps it was made to emphasize something like the beat/rhythm/notes activating something in the future of OP. this i believe happened in OP film red.

One Piece Film Red did just this , show that music or Tot Musica (a specific song like Binks Sake or the Drums of Liberation) summoning the demon near the end of the movie. Even the 5 elders were concerned of the music. The notes of binks sake can work and as u theorized work similar to wat we see in film Red. As for it being the power source, I think it is definitely possible but perhaps it is something like radiation or frequencies coming from the drums emitted by the "sun" god that powers the iron giant.
