the power is noticeable on this one, if you try to observe, pac doesn't really exert much for the most part of the mittwork but every pop sounds crisp , fortune done a great job of returning tons of power training for pac , bradley is in for a fucking surprise

Manny's explosiveness, footwork and speed looks great. These are his ideosyncracies and no sparring partner can prepare you for that. I think that'll be the distinguishing factor in the fight. I don't think Manny will KO Bradley but I can imagine it becoming one sided, favouring Pacquiao for this one.

When you compare this scene with Bradley's workout, there is a huge contrast: this workout looks very lively and bright, the other looks so gloomy and not very interactive....

I don`t know man, I`m watching this and i`m remembering bradley`s mitt session. Bradley looks like he is coming in to proof something, pacquiao doesnt look intense at all. I`m leaning towards bradley winning this second fight. I mean just look at this /watch?v=q5cxoI9vmDM every punch was thrown with bad intentions, even his eyes looked different. Call it roids or killer instinct whatever it was he needs this saturday to beat bradley.

I disagree. Pac's movements are explosive. You can clearly see it, that is if u know what to look for.... I don't say that sarcastically, I say it objectively as someone who has done it and trained people. I see great speed and rhythm in Bradley's recent mitt work but its just not explosive.
Bradley is training way harder than Pacquiao. That doesn't mean Bradley will win, but it does give Bradley a psychological edge.

we are trying to find out who trains harder, not who trains more often during the week...so that means when they are both in the gym whos giving it the most effort (Pac will peak right near fight week ive heard which is great)...

If you look closely the last minutes of the mitt work he put a lil power in that right hook and it looked like it hurt roaches hand the sound of it sounded very painful it even knocked the mitt of roach hands. He got KO'ed because he thought the round was over and let his guard down. I think he mentioned that somewhere; he was dominant in that fight too. I understand that he had to be gun shy as for precaution but over the later rounds he clearly can dominate if he kicked it up a notch. But I do agree that for someone to be knocked out that bad he didn't look like he did.
But I'm just saying, he dominated Bradley the last fight, I can't see how he'll hold back this time around, don't leave it to the judges

hain lordul I couldn't agree more. The only way to solidify his career (or any other fighters in general) once again is if he finishes fights like before. Same thing happens in MMA now

I'm assuming your comment stems from what you see and comparing him Bradley's physique. Lifting weights and getting bulked up is the worst thing you can do In Combat sports. Bulky muscles slow you down and does not make ones punches any stronger. In fact it has the opposite effect in most cases. When a person is muscular and strong, he tends to muscle his punches and less reliant on technique. I've seen it many times before, our coach put everyone against everyone else in the gym. The big muscular guys were usually the easiest to box.
I'm not saying that he should bulk up. Just enough to strengthen his muscles. I was thinking that if you want to knock someone out, wouldn't you somehow rely on the strength of your arm muscles? You could be totally correct though.

Actually, generally those muscles are more of disadvantage because it will require more blood to flow and consumes energy faster.
