I dunno who needs to hear this...Increase your skillset and personal value. I used to take 500gh monthly allowance while working for a hospital pharmacy (this was after gaining my master's degree)...but at the time, gaining that experience was more important to me. That experience in my CV (along with other small small experiences in different fields which paid me less than 1000gh) is part of what gave me my current job which is paying a vast difference. If you don't strive for skillset growth, your value will remain at linear growth instead of exponential growth.

I dunno who needs to hear this...Increase your skillset and personal value. I used to take 500gh monthly allowance while working for a hospital pharmacy (this was after gaining my master's degree)...but at the time, gaining that experience was more important to me. That experience in my CV (along with other small small experiences in different fields which paid me less than 1000gh) is part of what gave me my current job which is paying a vast difference. If you don't strive for skillset growth, your value will remain at linear growth instead of exponential growth.
