Why dont customers ever move there stuff. I hate it when i go to do something & there is tons of peoples junk all over the place. When a service person comes to my house i always have everything moved out the way its just common sense.

the issue with what you said is that the main line wasnt affected, this was a kitchen stack line, meaning picked up the second floor and first floor kitchen then picked up laundry line and mop sink before heading down and then tie into main drain
