    I really love how you explained the printing process, it was very helpful as a person who wants to get into 3d printing dolls/ accessories, would it be possible if you have a time to maybe do a full video on going in deeper depth about 3d printing dolls?

      @LadyDynamiteCreates maybe just a video showing the most important parts of using a 3d printer, like how to resize an object so it can fit in doll scale or upside a doll so they would be bigger, things like that maybe

    And the doll is so lovely, super cute!

    It’s a really nice printer with lots of quality of life features @1399.99. You’re paying for convenience and plug n play use to minimize print failures. It’s a walled off garden, so you have to use there software and resins which are not inexpensive. $59.00 for PAP10 vs Jamg He standard pro resin @$28.00. It’s a really nice printer that I’m considering buying. The cost of consumables will be an issue for some. 😊

    • @LadyDynamiteCreates
      @LadyDynamiteCreates  3 месяца назад +1

      Yeah the resin price difference was a bit of a shock to me but at this point I had so many random failures due to the prints being difficult shapes (lots of cupping issues) or cold weather failure that its not as big of a pricing gap. I don't even live in that cold of an area and regularly had issues from the cold. Its a great middling printer for people who don't want to spend formlabs money but want something with more features than the lower end printers.

      I really like the printer, and I will most likely buy it without the wash and cure stations. I can get phrozens or other brands at a much more reasonable price on Amazon. The wash station looks to cumbersome to use, and one you tuber forgot to flip the valves properly and he got ipa all over the place. I do like the cure station with it ability to communicate with the printer for optimal cure time. I’m all about plug n play for printing minis and mechanical parts (I’m a mechanical engineer). The less time I have to fuss with settings the more time I have to concentrate on part design. I live in Southern California but I have a basement, so a heated vat is a big plus. Great video. Looking forward to seeing more content from you. :-)

  • @erinbooth9111

    Do you think it was the quality of the 3d printer or the resin that made the head cap fit so perfectly? I want to print more dolls, and a new printer isn't in the budget but new resin could be!

    • @LadyDynamiteCreates
      @LadyDynamiteCreates  7 месяцев назад

      Honestly I think it's all of the above. Their whole eco system is pretty elevated from what I have used in the past. The resin did have the best surface of any prints I've ever worked with.

    • @erinbooth9111
      @erinbooth9111 7 месяцев назад +1

      @LadyDynamiteCreates that's what I was afraid of! Well, I'll try their resin in my Saturn and see what happens lol

    She looks gorgeous! I wanted my very own BJD but with pumpkin head with a scary jack-o-lantern face & as for the body a wooden scarecrow body with peg legs and claws
    He is my perfect idea and better version of Pumpkin Head for Halloween. When I looked at his old movies they were like no these are not pumpkin head one looks like an alien while the other Gargoyle not a single imagine of a scarecrow like pumpkin head monster all rotten tomatoes.
    I want my Pumpkin Head doll the size as Smart dolls 23.6 inches like it's taller than my ever after high dolls, I can't decide whether I should use elastic string or snap in pegs like how Monster High & Ever After High have. Any idea's or thought's to help my Halloween project? Have a great weekend.

    • @LadyDynamiteCreates
      @LadyDynamiteCreates  10 месяцев назад

      I would definitely recommend stringing if you are doing it yourself. The snap pegs are way too delicate on printed dolls unless you can use FDM printing but that requires so much more finishing.
