She also already had “beefs” with other artists like Madonna😭. And this is not to shit on her image but it’s to debunk that claim that she was an innocent little girl “before she was beefing with Eminem”, tho it is true she didn’t beef with Eminem here (because this was before Eminem’s rise to fame in the first place), she WAS “beefing” with other artists who often had shit to say abt her, like Madonna. I’m saying all of this cuz I don’t like when people say “I miss the old Mariah” or “back when Mariah was innocent”, cuz she hasn’t changed lol. She’s always been the same and kept it real. She was just not always able to express it in the early 90s for example cuz she was being controlled by her husband/manager and label.
