This build has only been publicly available for around a week. There were no secrets left to be discovered in the released versions prior to this leak.
I bet it will. But imo the current death position is more fitting. I think they wanted to make Malus’ death to be different and unique from the other colossi. After all, it is the last boss. And it is more realistic because the building were made out of a very hard and sturdy structure such as hard stone and strong looking steel. So when Malus fell on its knee, the building could definitely stop the fall as it did. It wouldn’t make sense if the building starts crumbling and breaking apart when it fall as there were no sign of corrosion on the steel meaning that the building is well built.

The placement of basaran's weakpoints never actually moved. They just covered them with armour so that they would only be exposed once he had been lured on top of a geyser.
It seems that in the E3 beta build that Basaran's leg weak points are more pronounced and thus hinting the player to ride the horse to hit the weak spots with the sword. As demonstrated in various videos of the E3 Basaran fight that the "Ride Horse Sword Slash" technique doesn't really work and thus have to resort to using the bow and arrow.
@@thegoodwin I think that's the exact reason they covered the weak points with armour in the final version; people would assume you hit them before luring him onto a geyser, which would get confusing, So they just slightly re-designed it so that the weak points are only exposed once he's been lured onto a geyser. I'm glad so much love was given to this game, though I wonder why they didn't go ahead and add those cut colossi for the PS4 remake? I saw another video showing how they added all those secret glowing spots that led to a special sword added for the fans. I also think it's very showing that no one ever mentions Last Guardian, and even Ico is usually mentioned as the other game made by the team. I do remember playing the PSN demo and a seperate demo we had in the store, I thought it was cool that the save points all looked like big memory cards, but I'm glad they made them more immersive.
Thats it? The model looks great but I am still waiting to see of the team can actually make good gameplay. I have my money on them testing the mechanic of leading the boar through the rocks and something going wrong, whether boar doesn't want to pathfind to the rocks and goes around instead, or it comes at the rocks in a weird angle etc.
I'm curious how many people who like this game have watched the 2003 anime "Haibane Renmei" it has an eerily similar art style and the music was done by the same composer. Wow...just wow!
This game just keeps on giving.
_You_ belong in a museum!
Hohhhhh boy! This is all _awesome_
I'd love to see some new shadow of the colossus, and i guess i got it
11:20 Emon sealing whith a piece of horn? interesting...
I liked that times in E3 demo when Barba has planned to have around FOUR WEAPONS
I like how you speak . Keep on uploading. Keep on keeping on
I looked at this in my recommended and clicked it with 90% certainty that this would be clickbait. I was pleasantly surprised :)
Omg you guys are doing god's work
Doggo looks like a boar.... maybe add fluffy ears?.... still cute though....
Sirius looks ADORABLE! I love him!!
I don't know if the fan project is still being worked on or not but MAN would I LOVE to play it!
I'm curious how many people who like this game have watched the 2003 anime "Haibane Renmei" it has an eerily similar art style and the music was done by the same composer. Its a really great show and I wouldn't be surprised if the art style of the show's creator Yoshitoshi ABe was the influence for team Ico.
Oh man, now I really want to see the Shrine with the 24 Colossi idols, that would be mind blowing to see
So awesome!!
Have I ever played Shadow of the Colossus: nope
Did I still enjoy the video: yup
