Its too bad that you lost some of the footage, but I'm glad you were able to recover some of it. Where I live in Canada, these trucks are starting to get replaced with new side loaders, but I was fortunate enough to get a summer job working on a rear loader before they changed over in my area.
it's a shame to see Canada's real g-men go away. Those guys are some of the most savage crews I have ever seen. fortunately for me, in much of the Northeast (Boston, New York, etc) manual collection is still going strong and probably will be for decades to come. must feel nice to have enjoyed it while you could ;)

That's to bad you couldn't get alll the clips back. A few years back (dang 2015 is 2 years ago) I posted a video of a Peterbilt McNeilus ZR, and it was doing really well but I accidentally deleted it and never got the clips back.
Trash Man Daniel ive always tried to be super careful about stuff like that but unfortunately accidents happen :( good thing there's plenty of Pete 320 and 520 ZRs out there for you to make up the lost footage

Marc Myers in the city Boston the recycling programs are pretty progressive. In most areas around the state pretty good except Cape Cod, which is just terrible. This was filmed in a pretty rich area, but far from the richest Boston has to offer
