Quad lutz got better on each subsequent competition and culminated to perfection at the 2019 Worlds. Just look at that landing it is so elegant, smooth and perfect its hard to pull that landing on even a simple triple. Insane.
He's just become so much stronger. He doesn't have to muscle the quads. He actually has superb technique which means he's actually jumping and not just throwing himself in the air...
