    Great video!
    Just wanted to clarify that it’s the smaller *diameter* in the 25lb plate (versus the 25lb plate) that allows for a greater range of motion 🙏🏼

    In addition to using the 25's, I used to choke down on the barbell to make the leverage work against me. The contraction was insane.

    This is another great video. What Id like to see a video on is: LOW INCLINE DB flye. I feel like to many people don’t understand how to maintain an elbow arc through out the move. I’m also curious on your thoughts on reverse grip flat bench upper pec fiber vs incline pec Emg recruitment. Thanks

      Use 2 single handles , if you have the collar attachment for these. Slips on the barbell and allows you to attach different handles like a cable tower. Easy to carry around if your gym doesn't have it.

    • @olliefin
      @olliefin 5 лет назад

      @@MindPumpTV do you have any recommendations other than a towel for people who workout at home and only have access to basic barbells and dumbbells?

    • @micks8714
      @micks8714 5 лет назад

      @@olliefin If you don't have a landmine attachment, wrap a towel around one end of the barbell and shove it in a corner of the room to protect wall/skirting. If you don't want to use a towel to perform the exercise and you don't have a handle, you can just use your hands, either both or single handed.

    Thank you for making this video , i will be using this excersise in my fullbody training today. You channel convinced me to start fullbody. And i would never go back ! I usually do a barbell row 3 sets and widegrip pullups 3 sets at 80% for full body . Is there a complimentary excersise for the Tbar row you could reccomend. Can you also maybe do more videos on fullbody training . Thank you for your content Mindpump.

    A closer grip v-bar would better hit your lats, bro. The closer your elbows are to your sides, the more lat activation you'll get.
