how does that gym have perfectly organized plates?? my gym looks like theres a bunch of pre schpoolers lifting because they cant figure out what numbers are or what shapes mean
Great video! Just wanted to clarify that it’s the smaller *diameter* in the 25lb plate (versus the 25lb plate) that allows for a greater range of motion 🙏🏼
I love these vids! Thank you for the advice! I’m new to the weight lifting game, I’m crossfitting and doing all these new movements and lifting, now I can make sure I do these movements right 👍!
This is another great video. What Id like to see a video on is: LOW INCLINE DB flye. I feel like to many people don’t understand how to maintain an elbow arc through out the move. I’m also curious on your thoughts on reverse grip flat bench upper pec fiber vs incline pec Emg recruitment. Thanks
Use 2 single handles , if you have the collar attachment for these. Slips on the barbell and allows you to attach different handles like a cable tower. Easy to carry around if your gym doesn't have it.
@@olliefin If you don't have a landmine attachment, wrap a towel around one end of the barbell and shove it in a corner of the room to protect wall/skirting. If you don't want to use a towel to perform the exercise and you don't have a handle, you can just use your hands, either both or single handed.
Thank you for making this video , i will be using this excersise in my fullbody training today. You channel convinced me to start fullbody. And i would never go back ! I usually do a barbell row 3 sets and widegrip pullups 3 sets at 80% for full body . Is there a complimentary excersise for the Tbar row you could reccomend. Can you also maybe do more videos on fullbody training . Thank you for your content Mindpump.
Anyone else see that when the video cut just before he started they switched from two 45s on the bar to two 10s? Grabbed the weight he had and was like Nope. Cut cut.... anyway it’s a great video just random observation.
What if all your weight plates are the same size as the 45’s is it a waste of time? I have a garage gym so don’t have the luxury of different sized plates…

Josh Dicus be the change you want to see in the gym
You're commenting about the wrong video. LMAO
Same bro
Love it! Didn't even think about using smaller plates to increase ROM and more effectively hit the back!
So simple and effective, I feel dumb for overlooking it lol!
His technique is absolutely flawless
Great video!

Just in time for back day, thanks!!
Those weights are clean
In addition to using the 25's, I used to choke down on the barbell to make the leverage work against me. The contraction was insane.
My rookie butt was trying to do curls with the tbar. I had no clue what it was. Thanks for the video!
Thank you for the tips. I do these in my routine and never thought about the range of motion with the different size playes
Great guidance and kind ambience (which I find is super important too) - thanks so much 🙏
As always great instructional video. Thank you.
Brenda Kunkel Thank you!
I was using 25LB plates before you were born!!!! Very good tip though. Much better range of motion
Danny is the GOAT! Loves these 💪🏾👍🏾
All the plates seem new and shiny!

Cristopher Schwartz good add.
Love it Danny.
Have you ever used the rope attachment on the bar?
What is your opinion of this ?
You rock.
Kelly Gjesdal I have! I like the option!
Will remember that if I start doing weight exercises
Alnes Pilates You will love it!
good info.
Great advice, thanks.
I watched some ppl do it using a towel and when i tried it I liked it better cause it allows me to pull my armes more to the back..
iman hussein You could do that I guess. More grip requirement.

@@MindPumpTV do you have any recommendations other than a towel for people who workout at home and only have access to basic barbells and dumbbells?

@@micks8714 thank you!
I can’t believe I never considered using a smaller weight for ROM
I found this very helpful
Thank you for the advice

Lats pulldown wide vs narrow grip?

Do you think it would be ok to use several 10# plates for someone who is shorter? For more ROM?
🔥🔥🔥
Roel Bueno BOOM!
this is good
WHADDUUUUUUP?! SQUAD’S HERE 🙌🔥
Wezz LETS GOOOO!!!
What are smaller circumference plates called that are still “oly” with consideration of the 2” diameter?
The best
Thoraxix sudo whaaaa? Oh badbass exercise . got that
Нормальная техника, почти как у меня...))
Is it OK to do a T-bar row and a bent-over row in one training session?
Sure.
Whats the impact if i do not bend my legs instead keep my legs straight
😊
Make a bicep work-out
Rahul Mondal noted.
Can you do a similar video for skull crushers. I experience so much pain in my elbows whenever I do them.
Your elbows should be at a 45° angle
Skullcrushers are unnatural for the body hence pain, stop doing them
can somebody send me a link of the v bar grip? i cant find one anywhere
Cud u send me a printable check sheet to keep track of my works each week

A closer grip v-bar would better hit your lats, bro. The closer your elbows are to your sides, the more lat activation you'll get.
Do i keep my shoulder blades retracted throughout the whole lift??
yea
Got the yeezys on ok big money 💪🏿💪🏿💪🏿
Nice Yeezys.
The fux is a scapula
Too much talking damn it ...just do it
I think your form is wrong
You need more experience bro, your knees should be bend more.
Way too much talking. I don't WATCH a video just to listen to somebody talking. Videos are for demonstration.
