    I far prefer the 1973 version, the one above sounds too electric... And I'm a rock and heavy metal aficionados.

      I couldn't agree more. I am not sure what it is that makes the studio version so much better, but maybe it is the slightly higher tempo or the drums and bass coming out much better. To me it sounds as if the musicians on the record version are just a bit more virtuoso.

    Honestly the guitar feels out of place and forced. It could have been done well.
