Abel is not an Engineer and does not have funds to build the sort of monument that you are visualising, all he is doing is to come up with something based on his imagination and innovative skills, you will be surprised to find out later that the monument has modern African features that will attract locals and foreigners to Masvingo, so he needs our support, lets not discourage him.
