Regarding "Cloud Timing", how many presets can I add? For Ex: La Marzocco Linea Micra can have up to 25 Presets? Does this machine have any limitations? Thank you.
Thanks for the video. The machine looks like a solid contender in its class, at least on paper. A couple of questions, if I may: (1) How is the warm-up time on these machines? (2) Your shot in the video ran at 10-11 bars, which indicates one might need to adjust OPV with the V-pump. Is it easily accessible, and is that something that an espresso beginner (overall technically inclined) could do? Thanks for any comments you can provide.
Salut, Merci d'avoir regardé. Oui, nous aurons une vidéo du XL à venir d'ici une semaine ou deux. Le Stark est le même que le XL sauf qu'il a une base en acier, c'est un broyeur très similaire.
Hi Slawek. What is the difference between Bellezza Inizio v and Bellezza Valentine v2, except for the design and the ability to connect to the application?
We're considering either the Valentina or the Inzio for our small office of 6 people, plus as an option for some important customers. Is the upgrade worth it, or will the Valentina be fine?
I think that the Valentina would suit your needs, 6 people can be easily served with either machine. What you gain by going to the Inizio is the external front facing PID, the joystick style steam and hot water wands and the app connectivity. If you choose the Inizio R you also get a rotary pump which is quieter and more robust than a vibration pump and also has the ability to be plumbed in.
Hello. Thanks for your video. I have two questions: 1 - How important is the rotary pump vs. the vibratory one, specially in these machines. 2- Does the low end Inizio have compatibility with the app too? Thank you
Hi, 1) the rotary pump is a commercial style pump, it's quieter and it allows for the machine to be plumbed in. For home use a vibration pump suits most people fine. 2) yes the v version has the application, however, I want to add that it does in our market which is Canada. I know that most markets do not yet have app compatibility. Check with your dealer
@@iDrinkCoffeeCanada Thank you for your prompt response. The V is the one that suits me. I have two questions, if you allow me. Do the joysticks for the water and steam make a difference? and last but not least, how would you compare the Inizio V against the Profitec Pro 500 and the Expobar Brewtus IV Leva and the Rocket Appartamenteo. I've seen countless videos of all of them and still going crazy about which one to choose. I like the looks of the Profitec, the digital pre infusion from the Inizio and the sturdiness of the Brewista, but there is no way I can check any of them here in Madrid, so it would be a blind purchase. Thank you so much for your time.
Hi, yes, the upcoming Vittoria which will be released in North America later this year is a double boiler with rotary pump and it will also have pressure profiling.
Hi, the OPV is adjustable but requires opening the machine. However, this machine has a rotary pump so it's easier to adjust the pump pressure rather than the OPV. Also, you can add a flow control device without issue.
Hi Slavik, looks like a really good machine. Do you know much about the Bellezza brand? I did an online search and some results suggested the machines are designed in Germany (Heidelberg; close to the ECM/Profitec factory?), but assembled in China (not a detractor necessarily). I think the brand is fairly new to the scene?
Hi, that's a great question. I know a fair bit about Bellezza and I can tell you that the brand is legit. I am close friends with one of the founders. I was first introduced to Bellezza in October of 2019 at the host show in Milan. The machines are in fact designed in Heidelberg Germany which is also the home town of ECM but there is no relation between the two companies. The machines are assembled in China using both Italian and Chinese parts, the same as all Italian manufacturers who also use Chinese made components in their machines. What attracted me to Bellezza is the commitment of the founder and lead designer's commitment to innovation. The company is building some really fantastic machines and innovating with new ideas. There is a lot more to come from Bellezza in the near future in addition to the already amazing models. The company impressed us at iDrinkCoffee so much that we invested very heavily to bring it to the North American market. While the company is fairly young so was a company called Rocket Espresso when we started with them in 2009 (Rocket was founded in 2007) and so was Profitec when we were the first company to import it into Canada. Recently Bellezza became part of the VEA group of companies which also owns Carimali, Elektra, Slingshot amongst other brands so it has very stable backing both from a financial standpoint and also from a scale and experience standpoint. Bellezza isn't going anywhere and neither is our commitment to this brand. We are joined in this by our friends and one of the largest dealers in Australia Di Pacci coffee which have been very successful with Bellezza in Australia which is one of the most mature espresso markets in the world. Issues can and do arise with any brand but I can say with confidence that idrinkcoffee and Bellezza will be here to overcome them. - Slawek
@@iDrinkCoffeeCanada Thanks for your reply Slawek, that fills in a lot of blanks. I knew Di Pacci are distributing the Bellezza machines here in Australia. Sorry I misspelled your name in my previous comment...
We no longer stock the BZ16 as it wasn't a good seller for us. The Inizio has features like the app connectivity, preinfusion, an E61 group head that the BZ16 does not have. But the BZ16 has volumetric dosing.

Good built machine. Will it last
Oh... I'm liking this over the Profitec Pro 500 now.... This looks amazing.
It is impressive for sure, you get amazing value with Bellezza machines.
Merci. Jolie machine. Une vidéo est-elle programmée pour le XL ? (le site d'Eureka présente également un modèle nommée Stark).

Hello.
Thank you for the very informative video.
I am considering purchasing this product. Do you ship to Japan?
Hi Slawek. What is the difference between Bellezza Inizio v and Bellezza Valentine v2, except for the design and the ability to connect to the application?
Now that the Valentina has an external PID there isn't much of a difference. It's really just the app and some minor aesthetic differences.
@@iDrinkCoffeeCanada Thanks for the quick reply. May you be lucky in all your affairs!
Nice machine. And a whopping 2 liter boiler too!
The boiler and heating element are also made out of stainless steel.

Hello. Quick question, Does the Belizza make a 2 boiler and rotary pump.Nice machine
Hi, yes, the upcoming Vittoria which will be released in North America later this year is a double boiler with rotary pump and it will also have pressure profiling.
Thanks for the nice review like always. Is it easy to adjust OPVon this machine?
This machine has a rotary pump and the pressure can be adjusted fairly easily.
Does it have an adjustable OPV and the option of adding flow control?
Hi, the OPV is adjustable but requires opening the machine. However, this machine has a rotary pump so it's easier to adjust the pump pressure rather than the OPV. Also, you can add a flow control device without issue.
Is it reliable machine
I just bought this machine. But in Germany the app does not seem to work? Do you have insides about this?
Hi, the version in Germany may be different. I think that the 110v machine was the first one with app support

yes, it's well made and quite service friendly. Our techs like the way the parts are laid out so it is easy to service too.
