My friend hello. Ask a technician to test the pump from the automatic transmission because is a mechanical part it doesn't give troubleshooting on diagnostic machine. Exist a way that you conect manometer and can test the pump. Step 1 of testing with cold oil. Step 2 of testing with hot oil.
In this case maybe you need to attend the electronic side and especially the sporadic troubleshooting. You need the check can bus system, modules connectors passive contact Short circuit and etc. You need wirrig diagram multimeter And good scanner

Can be a lot of things. The point is that is from the vvti system probably valve tapping sound. Now to find out what is happening need diagnosis and investigation.

The sealant dry and can hold the pressure off the oil. It's normal and acceptable after long service of an engine to leak from different locations. If you open the front cover change the seals remove the aluminium 1st pan so you will be able to align the cover and also replace the crankshaft seal. By the time you are ready to install the cover make sure that you have removed the old crankshaft seal it will give you space to put and past easiest the oil pump to crankshaft and after install the new crankshaft seal.

The yellow mark on the timing chain aligns with the mark for the crankshaft but the crankshaft is at that position twice in the engine's cycle e.g. same position at tdc for compression stroke and same position for exhaust stroke tdc. How does one determine the difference before fixing the timing chain?
If you watch closely the video and pay attention you will see the location on where the marks are meant to be, but please note the piston for the cylinder one is to be at the top which means 720 revolution of the crankshaft makes 360 revolution of the camshaft... but if you need more info you can reach me through my gmail. Maybe the chain jump a teeth ..... So it shows you that wrong position camshaft or crankshaft. And usually it happens from the side of chain tensioner that is from bank 1.

My good friend Shah my point was to create a video that have the details about timing (correct timing). Now two times that I stopped the video happened because I don't want to show reverse the video. You don't need to do something difficult to correct the mistake. The way is one you set the marks from the beginning for this reason I give gravity on marks on chain and components. First I stopped because of the crankshaft wrong position second because of bank 2 camshaft wrong position. Finally any time mistake come you have to position crankshaft and camshaft and continue the setting. Thanks for your comment....l am grateful.
